  3. Mix coriander powder, rest of the red chilli powder, turneric powder adding little bit water and add to the chicken. Add salt. Add kasuri methi Cook in high flame for 5 minutes constantly stirring. Then use lid and cook in low flame for 10 minutes. Then add 1 cup of water and cook another 5 minutes. Add sugar and garam masala powder. Put off the flame. Sprinkle coriander leaves. Ready to serve.
