  1. Step one:Take a Raw rice dip in water for one to one and half hours and drained the water.
  2. Step2:Take a clean dhoti cloth spread your raw rice let them dry for 10minutes.when you hold in this rice it should be moisture init.

After 10to15minutes your raw rice ready to grind.put it in your mixie grind it and add elachi remove the skin,Take a seiveand completely filter twice.Make sure there is no lumps..put it in a vessel and check the consistency this is very important when you hold the rice powder in your palm it should be coming to round shape in your palm.then your dough is perfect..mainly the moisture should be retained..

Take a vessel half cup of water after sometime and Mix your 300grams of jaggery.slowly steadily cook.After thickning take a small cup filled with water and pour your jaggery thick consistency with your help of your palm make a round shape through the water it should be like tom at tommatto thick jam consistency…then your jaggery is perfect ready for mixing..filter it and take in a round vessel..then we will go to next step.
  5. Step 5.Ina vessel pour the jaggery paste and add slowly your prepared raw rice,powder adding one tsp of ghee making a soft dough if required only you can add lit bit if water. Then your dough consistency like chapathi,dough. Take white dothi cloth cover it nicely keep the dough over,night to rest.take the dough next morning see it us perfectly ready to,fry…

Step6.Next day open your vessel see your dough of adhirasam perfect consistency.Take a vessel pour refined oil let them heat for some time and control your flame take a tissue paper grease on the bottom with some refined oil or ghee your wish spread tour adhirasam dough make found shape put a,another tissue paper over it spread nicely pressing over on it small round vessel,press gently so that your dough will spread thin shape.Fry it in a low flame for few minutes and turned over it.
  7. Step7.when adhirasam in a golden brown with the help of spatula drained the excess,oil spread in a tissue paper after some time,you can enjoy taking your,dessert adhirasam…
