  1. Take 1/4 kg liver
  2. Get 1/2 cup milk,water
  3. Get 1 large red onion,2ripe tomatoes, 3 cloves of garlic,a bunch of cilantro (dania)
  4. Prepare Teaspoon paprika, teaspoon oregano herb,a pinch of black pepper and salt to taste

Instructions to make Wetfry liver:
  1. Unskin your liver, removing the skin helps the spices to incorporate well through the liver. Cut it into pieces then soak in the milk
  2. Fry your sliced onions till they are nice and soft,add in your grated garlic and stir, (don't let the garlic burn) then add in your slices tomatoes (I peel mine)stir
  3. Add your spices at this stage, paprika, black pepper, oregano and salt to taste,put a little water and cover so that the spices intermarry and the tomatoes get cooked.taste to see if there is need to adjust the salt
  4. Add your rinsed liver which was presoaked in milk,stir in well,cover and let the liver cook under medium low heat for about 8to 10 mins..add your finely chopped dania,turn off the heat and stir.
  5. Enjoy your tasty tender liver with rice,ugali or any starch of your choice
