The ingredients needed to make Hibiscus Thandai:
  1. Get Hibiscus 10 or 12 flowers. or Dry hibiscus flowers 1 cup
  2. Take Cinnamon sticks 2 "
  3. Get Mint leaves. 1o
  4. Get 1 tbsp Mishri or honey
  5. Make ready 1 tbsp paste of almonds and black pepper
  6. Get Juice of 1 lemon
  7. Take leaves Basil 5
  8. Get 2 glasses water
  9. Make ready 1 tsp Grated ginger
Steps to make Hibiscus Thandai:
  1. Soak dry hibiscus flowers for 2 hours. If fresh flowers are there then no need to soak them.
  2. Add mint leaves,cinnamon stick,basil leaves and ginger paste.
  3. Boil for 2 mins.
  4. Seive the content and add mishri or honey.
  5. Add almond paste,mishri and juice of one lemon.
  6. Wao !!!.Cool red colour will emerge.
  7. Sprinkle black pepper and cinnamon pdr and garnish with mint leaves.
  8. Serve and drink.
