  2. Get 4 Red Onions
  3. Prepare 3 Garlics

  7. Get 1/2 tsp salt
  8. Get 1/4 tsp pepper
  9. Make ready 1 stick lemon grass

  12. Take 400 ml water
Instructions to make Honey Roast Chicken:
  1. Chopped Garlic and Red Onion, put aside
  2. Boiled chicken in a medium bowl with 400 ml water, then add the chopped ingredients, stir it until it’s mixed
  3. Spread Brown sugar, followed by pouring honey and sweet soy sauce, stir it well
  4. Add salt and pepper, mixed it
  5. Add lemon grass and bay leaves
  6. Close the bowl, cook in small fire (slow cook) for almost 30-45 minutes until there is only seasoned left, then rub the chicken with the rest of the seasoned
  7. Put chicken in a loaf pan, roast in oven for about 15-20 mins with 120°C, then ready to be served
