  1. Mix curd,ginger garlic paste,salt,jeera powder,chilli powder,roasted besan and colour.
  2. Add paneer cubes,capsicum and onions and mushrooms to this mixture and marinate.
  3. Keep aside for an hour in fridge.
  4. Now for a dip,add mint,green chillies,coriander,ginger salt and curd to a mixer and make a dip.
  5. After and hour assemble the pieces of onion,then capsicum tgen paneer then again onion and then mushroom and then capsicum in the skewers and grill for 5 mnts.Or you can also keep the skewer in the sandwiches too and grill.
  6. Serve in a platter with skewers and garnish with rings of onion and mouth smacking spicy green dip.
