  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. In a large bowl beat eggs,, half and half, salt, pepper and hot sauce.
  3. After you have drained the artichokes, finely chop them.
  4. Add artichokes, drained spinach and cheeses. Fold into mix.
  5. Pour into prepared pie crust.
  6. Place quiche on a baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool 15 minutes before slicing.
