  7. Flip it over after 3 mins. Tips: you can slide the batter to a plate then flip it back to the pan if you are not confident
  8. Put the cover on and cook for another 3 mins
  9. Flip it over again and cook for another 3 mins without cover
  10. Add okonomiyaki source
  11. Add mayonnaise and bonito flake. Voilà ❤️
