The ingredients needed to make Rava Laddoo:
  1. Prepare 1 Cup rava
  2. Take 1 Cup sugar
  3. Prepare 1/2 Cup coconut
  4. Take 1/2 Teaspoon Cardamom powder
  5. Get 1/2 Cup milk boiled and cooled
  6. Get 6 Tablespoons ghee
  7. Get 3 Tablespoons Cashewnuts
  8. Take 2 Tablespoons raisins
Instructions to make Rava Laddoo:
  1. Heat pan in medium flame. To it add 2 Tablespoon of ghee. Add cashewnut, aas they turn light orange add raisins.and give a stir.
  2. When raisin turn plum, add rava and give a stir. To it add 1 tablespoon of ghee and fry rava exactly for 5 mins continuously
  3. To this add coconut,sugar, cardomom powder.Give a fine stir
  4. Fry rava for 1 min adding 1 tablespoon of ghee
  5. And finally add 2 tablespoon of ghee.Mix well and transfer to a plate. Allow to cool
  6. To a small portion of mixture add 1 spoon of milk and mix it. scoop a handfull of this wet mixture and make balls. allow it to set. repeat the same for remaing mixture. Note: u canuse sugar according to ur taste.. 3/4 cup of sugar will also be sweet.
