  3. It should look like a pearl when dropped on a plate
  4. Add the roasted hot rava into the hot sugar syrup. Also add nutmeg powder. The mixture will be liquidy but no worry, it will solidify on cooling
  5. When the mixture is warm add fried chopped dry fruits and make laddus
