Instructions to make Rava /suji laddu:
  1. Heat ghee in a pan,add in dryfruits.
  2. Add rava to the roasting nuts.
  3. Continue to roast the mixture untill rava change colour(very light brown).the process of roasting rava took 5 minutes.
  4. Once rava is browned lightly,add grated coconut.
  5. Now add sugar and mix well for 1 minutes.switchoff the flame,add the hot milk and immediately mix with rava.
  6. When the laduu mixture is ready to handle,make into lemon sized balls.if the mixture is too dry, sprinkle some milk.
  7. Garnish with pista…laduu is ready.
