  1. Boil eggs
  2. Peel and chop potatoes into evenly sized pieces

  4. Chop onion, cucumbers and carrot into fine slices.
  5. Mix veggies in a bowl with 1 tsp of salt. Let it sit for 5 minutes for salt to draw the moist out.
