The ingredients needed to make Homemade Dahi:
  1. Get 1 Kg Milk
  2. Make ready 2 Tbsp Milk
  3. Prepare 2 Tsp Yoghurt
Instructions to make Homemade Dahi:
  1. Firstly Boil your Milk.
  2. Once Boiled turn off the Flame and let out some Steam.
  3. Now again Cook it on Low Flame for 5-7 minutes for Creamy and Smooth Dahi.
  4. Now pour the Milk in a Plastic, or Steel Container. Leave it on your Kitchen Counter until all steam gets out.
  5. In a Bowl Mix Yoghurt and Milk.
  6. Using a Toothpick make a small hole very very CAREFULLY in the Milk. (Don't Disturb the Balai on top!!!)
  7. In the Hole add your Yoghurt and Milk Mixture.
  8. Now Mix the Yoghurt and Milk in the Milk very Carefully in the Hole using a Spoon.
  9. Leave it on your Counter for 30 Minutes.
  10. Now Cover it and place on your Counter for Overnight. (You can also put it in fridge for 30 Minutes after putting it Overnight)
  11. Tasty Dahi is Ready.
  12. Enjoy your meal.
