  1. Roast Coriander Seeds, Button Red Chilli, Cumin, Fennel, and Ajwain on Medium Flame while stirring. (It will take 2-4 minutes)
  2. Now cool it. After being completely cooled Grind it in a Grinder until in Powder Form.
  3. Now add Mango Powder, Black Salt, Black pepper, Ginger Powder and Citric Acid in the Roasted Powder. (Firsty grind Citric Acid if it have any lumps in it).
  4. Mix Everything together and Chaat Masala is Ready.
  5. Use it in Chaats, Dahi Phulki and much more.
