- Prepare 2 Tb. Spoon milk

- Take a dekchi, put sugar and water.put on stove. Stir till sugar melts.
- When water start boiling add milk put on medium flame. do not stir after adding milk.
- After 5 to 10 mnts remove scum from the surface and do it twice or thrice till the syrup gets clear.
- Now slow the flame,and cook till syrup is sticky. Aprox.water decreases 1" at sides of dekchi.
- Turn Off the flame, cool it.add colour in 2-tbsp of water and this in sugar syrup.you can add more colour if need.1/3rd bottle of essence or 3-4tbsp.
- Now strain the whole syrup and fill the bottle of 1litre size.this sharbat is also very tasty in milk. (milk rose).
