  1. Get 1/2 kg mutton meat

  6. Take Salt
  7. Take 1 tb Red pepper powder
  8. Make ready 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder

  10. Prepare garam masala powder
  11. Prepare Whole(4 long, 8 b.pepper, 2 Bari Elaichi, 1" dar cheeni)
  12. Prepare 2-3 drops kewra
  13. Get 1 &1/2 tbsp G.G paste
  14. Take Water
  15. Make ready Coriander leaves for garnishing
Instructions to make Daighi Aloo Gosht:
  1. Pour ghee in a pan. Now add finely cut onions. Fry onion till it becomes golden brown. Takeout out onions in a plate.
  2. Grind onions with yogurt to make a paste
  3. Now add whole gram masala in a pan for a minute. Then add g.g paste, meat and bhonofy it.
  4. Now add onions and yogurt paste and bhonofy it in a medium flame. When oil comes out add 2 glass water and cover it with lid.
  5. When meat is half done, then add potatoes. Add little more water and cover it with lid.
  6. When ur Curry is done and oil comes out then add kerwa. Do dum for a minute.
  7. Serve it in a open mouth dish. Sprinkle garam masala powder and garnish with coriander leaves
  8. If you don't want to use ghee then make it with only oil.
