  5. Now take a mixing bowl. Put soaked sago and grated potatoes. Mix it. Add powdered peanuts, chopped ginger, coriander leaves, salt, black pepper and jeera. Mix all the ingredients well and make a dough.
  6. Now take small portion of dough and roll with the help of your palms in the shape of a roll. Like wise make all the rolls.
  7. Heat ghee in a wok. Place rolls in the wok and deep fry on medium flame till golden brown. Flip the side and fry from the other side also. Likewise, fry all the rolls.
  8. Serve hot with tamarind chutney.
