Smear some oil over both sides Of roti. Fry until it's brown and got some colored specks over it. With a rolling pin, roll to a small roti which is similar to a poori size. Just that the roti has to be slightly thick than a stuffed paratha.

  1. Roast til in a wok or a pan and keep aside. It will take 5-7 minutes.
  2. In the same pan roast coconut powder and keep aside.
  3. Now pour 1 tsp ghee and roast almonds and peanuts and thereafter remove their skin and chop them roughly and keep aside for stuffing.
  4. Roast all nuts will give a crunchy and superb taste.
  5. Now take a wok and pour ghee in it. When ghee melts then add jaggery on low to medium flame.
  6. Process of melting will take only 4-5 minutes otherwise gud starts burning.
  7. Then add til and cardamom powder in this melted jaggery and switch off flame.
  8. Mix it completely and let it cool down little bit, just for a while otherwise it will become sticky and can’t be binded.
  9. Now take a small amount of this mixture on a plate or rolling board. With the help of greased rolling pin, oblong it and stuff it with roasted coconut powder, almonds and peanuts.
  10. Carefully roll it with hands so that it’s completely wrapped by pressing slightly with the help of palms.
  11. Repeat the process with other rolls.
