This dish is made with very minimum ingredients. Black sesame seeds makes the dish very flavourful and gives a dark colour to the dish. Spread the mixture out to make room in the centre of the wok or pan. Add the pork into the space and spread it out.

Instructions to make Pork, Sesame Seed & Ginger Stir Fry:
  1. Slice the pork into 5 cm strips. Chop the onion in half and slice thinly. Slice the carrot thinly as well. Get rid of the stem and de-seed the bell peppers before cutting into thin strips and lastly julienne the ginger.
  2. Grease the frying pan with a thin layer of vegetable oil and turn up the heat to high. Add the pork and season with a little salt and pepper.
  3. Next, add the onion, carrot, bell peppers and ginger and quickly stir-fry. Pour in the sake, cover the pan with a lid and steam.
  4. Once the liquid has mostly evaporated mix in the oyster sauce and 1 teaspoon soy sauce. Taste it, and if you think it needs more soy sauce, add another teaspoon. Lastly, add in the sesame oil and mix to complete.
  5. Transfer to a plate and sprinkle over some sesame seeds to serve.

Spread the mixture out to make room in the centre of the wok or pan. Add the pork into the space and spread it out. Cut the belly pork into thin slices - about half a centimetre thick. Mix Bisquick, sesame seed, salt, paprika and mustard. Beat eggs and milk with fork.
