  3. Squeeze the lime and add juice to the liquid, now add cumin powder, pani puri masala and mix.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning
  5. In a air tight container, pour the pani puri liquid and freeze over nite or for 7 to 8 hours.
  6. To serve take a spoon and scrap the sorbet in a serving bowl garnish with boondi and mint leaves.
