Steps to make Tang Burfi:
  1. Mix 6 cups Milk Powder, 1/4 cup ghee, 1 cup milk or water, 2 tsp sugar in a container. Take a saucepan transfer the content to it and cook on low flame it the mixture thickens and leaves the sides of the pan. Let it cool and use to make any types of sweets.
  2. Take 2 Bowls khoya, 1 Bowl Milk,1 Bowl Milk Powder, 3/4 Bowl Sugar, 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Essence and cook on low flame in a saucepan.
  3. Remove from flame and let it cool
  4. Take 2 Bowls khoya in a saucepan. Add 1 bowl milk, 1 bowl milk. 2 Tsp Sugar, 1 Bowl Ornage Tang Powder. Cook on low flame till the mixture thickens and starts leaving the sides of the pan
  5. Remove from flame and let it cool
  6. Take the orange tang dough, make a rectangle from it.
  7. Take the white khoya burfi dough and roll it in square shape.
  8. Place the orange tang burfi on the rolled sheet and cover it properly.
  9. Sprinkle tang on place and roll the burfi over it so that tang powder sticks on the burfi roll. Cover it properly with a cling foil and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  10. Make even slices of the burfi.
  11. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
