Its been years since I posted Vegetable momo recipe in my blog. Generally momos are made using maida/All purpose flour. But my MIL makes it using whole wheat flour as it is more healthy. So I too started making the same following my MIL.

Instructions to make Whole Wheat Veg Tandoori Momo without tandoor:
  1. From chapatti dough make small dough balls, roll it thinly. In this momo sheets add filling of no cooked, grated cabbage, carrot capsicum, chopped onion, ginger garlic paste (or grated), salt, and black pepper powder. Fold the momos.
  2. Make all the momos ready.
  3. And fry them in medium flame for 3-4 mins.
  4. Now make the marination paste with curd, cheakpea flour, salt, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, mustard oil, garam masala, ginger garlic paste, and lime juice. Gently fold the momos in marination. And let it get maninated for 15 mins.
  5. Now fry them in tawa or frying pan with help of little oil or ghee.
  6. Tandoori momos are ready to be served.
