  2. Boil water properly. Now switch off the flame &mix rice flour into it mix it well &cover it for 5 to 10 minutes.
  3. After 10 minutes take some water and make a dough. Knead the dough until it becomes soft. You may use little bit oil also while kneading dough.
  4. Now make ball sized dough dust it with rice flour &roll it with rolling pin or pat it with your hands.
  5. Now heat a nonstic pan cook roti on both sides with wooden spatulla.
  6. Serve this bhakris with any rasa bhaji like birda, paneer etc 😊
